Our warehouse staff are highly trained and will be able to pack your goods in accordance with the exact and precise specifications. Your items will undergo an extensive inspection and will be securely secured prior to being delivered. Everyday, we send to thousands of customers in different countries. This is an indication of our determination to become the biggest online retailer in the world. The warehouses are located in Europe as much as they are in USA.
Note: Orders with more than one item will be assigned a distinct processing period depending on the specific item.

Returns
The inventory is always changing, and not fully managed by us due to the involvement of several parties including the factory and our warehouse. The levels of stock can change at any moment. It's possible that your order will be unable to fill after you place the order.
The policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you purchased your product, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
You can only return an item when it's unopened and still in the same state as the day you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
